Problem:
Your website form – is sending email but the email is not showing up in your inbox.
Conditions
- Your web site is hosted on GoDaddy.
- You are using GoDaddy workspace email, not email set up through cpanel.
- You have verified that your form is sending email by test-sending to an email address not on your website domain. It is just not getting to your GoDaddy workspace email inbox although you can receive it at other non-GoDaddy email addresses.
If your conditions are different, this may not be the solution for you.
Solution:
To solve this problem you just need to log into cpanel change the MX entry from Local to Remote.
- On your cpanel, in the “Email” section, find and click on the icon for MX Entry.
- Change email routing from Local to Remote
