The main issue with the old site was that it was confusing; visitors couldn’t easily see who/what the site was about and what they could do.
I reorganized and simplified the confusing site navigation by grouping the info pages by topic. Announcements are prominent at the top of the home page. Visitors can easily find links to action items – bill pay, form download, etc. – are on the home page too.
Overall, site is now easier to use for everyone especially people with phones and laptops. Plus it loads a lot faster. Updates and maintenance are easier too.
I think the website looks great.
