The requirements brief for the Rogue Steelheaders included a long list of items: “club info and news, directory of local guides, contact form, events calendar, event registration, collect member dues and donations, and post meeting minutes, newsletter and monthly fishing report.” Whew.
It seems like a lot but this combination of requirements is not unusual for clubs and non-profit organizations.
They need their website to help them to tell the world what they are are all about as well as be a central platform for organizing and distributing the information that club members need.
What is tricky, yet most important, is making sure the site organization and navigation is easy for everyone to understand and it is easy for everyone to find what they are looking for,
