Donna Rae Hays, an author and genealogist in Southern Oregon, is writing a book, a narrative genealogy of the Karuk People. Doona’s interest is personal; her husband and children are Karuk tribe members.
While the book is still a work in progress, Donna wanted a website to introduce the work and as a way for her to connect to Karuk families who may have stories and photos to share. A simple form encourages family members to share their memories and photos. There is a separate form for those who wish to be notified once the book is published.
Donna plans to share her own stories and memories in the blog area.
When it becomes available, we’ll be adding ecommerce functionality so visitors can order the book directly from the site.
