This project illustrated the truly global nature of the Internet. Although this client, Tsuji, is located in Japan, we had no real difficulty collaborating on this project.
Communication was easily handled via email plus a couple of Fed-exes, faxes and one phone call. The most difficult part was keeping track of the difference in the time zones!
It was important to Tsuji to showcase the beautiful presentation photos of the dishes demonstrated in the videos. The professional quality photos provided were optimized to speed download times while maintaining their clarity and lush color.
This site features video excepts from Tsuji's Japanese Cooking DVD series. It also uses PayPal for credit card processing to keep day-to-day operating costs down.
